The new trailer for ‘World War Z’ which is set to appear in the Super Bowl TV spot has been released online before the big game on Sunday!
The zombie apocalypse movie which is adapted from Max Brooks‘ 2006 bestseller novel of the same name, stars Brad Pitt as Gerry Lane, a UN employee who scours the globe for information to stop the devastating zombie epidemic which has already wiped out whole nations.
Sounds pretty much like every other zombie movie to me but with Brad Pitt looking like he really needs to brush his hair in it. Alongside Pitt’s pathetic pout is ‘Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston, Mireille Enos from ‘The Killng’ and James Badge. You might recognise director Marc Forster from his credits in ‘Quantum of Solace’, ‘Finding Neverland’ and ‘Monster’s Ball’.
Shooting took place in 2011 around various European locations and has had a few rewrites and reshoots before it’s completion. Was it all worth it? We’ll find out in June 2013…
