UK band Fawn Spots and American band Cumstain have joined up and are releasing their split LP ‘Wedding Dress’ on February 18th worldwide.
The release features four tracks by the recently expanded three-piece Fawn Spots, and six tracks by Cumstain with the cover artwork having been designed by Joe Prendergast of ex-Tubelord. Burger Records is releasing a cassette version of the LP, and Bad Paintings will be releasing it on 12” pink vinyl and download.
Although the two bands are approaching ‘Wedding Dress’ from two different directions, and continents, they’re united in playing a unique blend of dissatisfied pop.
Sean, mastermind of Cumstain speaking about the record said: “I am more than excited to be releasing a record with these friendly fellows from across the sea! Keep it warm and sticky ya’ll!”
Oliver, guitarist/singer in Fawn Spots, said: “Most of all I want to thank God for his support.”
