Ghostfest, one the UK’s rising hardcore and extreme metal festivals, will once again take over on the 29/30 June and promises to be bigger than ever before. The festival have just announced the first wave of bands which includes headliners The Devil Wears Prada alongside The Accacia Strain and Veil of Maya. The festival will once again be partnered with Impericon and Rocksound as well as Hype clothing sponsoring the second stage.
Other acts announced for the festival so far include: I Wrestled A Bear Once, Bury Your Dead, Harmsway, Vanna, Odessa, Malevolence, Chronographs, Twitching Tongues and Departures.
Ghostfest Director Toyan St.Hilaire commented: ‘I have to be honest, after the sucess of last year’s Ghostfest, I really felt the pressure to put together an event to match it, but this year has well exceeded what I was hoping for! Once again there’ll be three stages and a varied mix of bands, so there will be something for everyone and we’ve booked some of the biggest names the festival has ever seen.
